Order & Delivery Guide :
1. Order can be made by Email me at batikbargains@yahoo.com with the serial no of the items.
3. I will send you an email confirmation upon succesfully placing an order in details, including your chosen delivery address.
- I will also inform you when your order is being couriered
4. Orders are sent from my shoppe speedily by the Poslaju Malaysia/Pos Express within 5 working days of email/call/sms confirmation but normally delivery within Malaysia will take at least 1 day to reach you so please allow up to 2 to 3 working days for local delivery to avoid disappointment.
5. Any pre-order items will takes about 3-4 weeks to reach u.There will be delay at sometimes due to certain circumstances,i will notice u of the delay and please be comfortable with this time frame.
Delivery Charges :
I will only use Poslaju/Pos Express for delivery.If u request to use pos daftar then u need to inform us and the shipping cost might be lower.
The cost of delivery charges has been added to the total price of the item.
Payment Methods :
My shop prefer the following payment methods for orders.
1. Online Banking : i.e Maybank and CIMB bank - kindly forward me the reference number once u've made the payment or u can just email/sms once u've done with the payment.
2. Please email/call/sms once the transfer is made to expedite delivery.
3. COD/self pick up available upon request and i will not charge the shipping cost if u come and collect from us.
